What is included in every board/box?

Each of our products is uniquely curated, and no two are guaranteed to be identical. Ingredients may be seasonal, so they are subject to availability and substitutions.

However, we always ensure to include an assortment of cheeses, cured meats, and other accoutrements such as nuts, artisan jams, dried fruits, and fresh fruits. Additionally, you can expect seasonal picks in every order.

Does each order include crackers?

No, crackers are not included by default. Crackers tend to become soggy rather quickly, so they are offered as an add-on to your order and will be packaged separately in a box or bag alongside your order.

Can we accomodate allergies/dietary
restrictions?

We always strive to accommodate food allergies and dietary requests to the best of our ability. However, please note that we do not operate in a 100% allergy-free environment. While we can omit certain ingredients, there may still be a risk of cross-contamination. If you have severe allergies, please exercise caution when placing your order.

How long will my board/box/creation last?

We recommend consuming your board/box on the day it is picked up or delivered for peak freshness. It is always at its freshest on the day of creation, but it can be enjoyed within 24-48 hours. We do not recommend consuming it beyond 2 days. Please be aware that all charcuterie boards and creations are perishable and require refrigeration.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Ideally, we suggest placing your order 5-7 days in advance. However, the more notice you can provide, the better. We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute orders, such as those for get-well wishes or bereavement. Additionally, we recommend booking as soon as you know of your event. During the holiday season, we tend to book out weeks in advance, so early booking is highly recommended.
